What Causes A Lump Under Canine Too After Getting Braces Fitted?

Hi, I have just had my braces fitted 1 week ago but just yesterday I have realised that I have a lump of skin just near my canine tooth but I don't know what it is and it doesn't hurt, I also brush my teeth 2 times a day sometimes 3 what do I do about it ?

There can be two reasons for this lump below the canine, first it can be possible that it is just a traumatic lump caused by trauma from the braces.
Or secondarily it can be abscess caused by infection in canine, but in this case there should be no pain or pus discharge, so it can be just caused by trauma.
