Hello doctor.i have a small lump under my tongue on left side now for about a year.i can feel a small bit of pain under my chin most days.i also have slight swelling on main vein that goes up side of neck on same side.i got this checked out and had ct scan and all was ok but i was in such a hurry out of head and neck doctors office and did not mention lump under tongue.the teeth next to lump are sore at times but i do have reseeding gums.and also next to lump is missing tooth i got out five years ago.i had oral sex a year ago with lady with bad reputation.i smoke twenty-five cigarettes a day and i do a lot of heavy lifting.the left side of my face feels weird and iv noticed people looking at it when they talk to me sometimes.I'm so sick of it at this stage.I will be forever grateful for your help in this matter..Brian.thank you for your time.
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like FNAC/Biopsy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now it will be better to first get ruled out for the nature and cause of the lump and get treated accordingly..
