What Causes A Mild Headache And Pain In The Throat And Chest While On Birth Control Implant?

Granddaughter is experiencing pain around throat. Three days now. Mostly in front and sides. Today has frequent sharp pains in shoulder blades, in front chest , and rib cage. 5 hrs ago while she was visiting her grandfather in the ICU at hospital. Currently has a Dull pain headache. ate four hours ago. Water an hr ago. She is on her period and has birth control implant (almost a year).

It looks like she is having flu like symptoms.

She can use Tylenol for pain relief and fever.

Keep her under observations.

Take lots of fluids.
