What Causes A Milky Discharge From The Urethra Post Intercourse?

I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago and I have a white milky discharge from my urethra which is red and irratated along with a cramping pressure like pain I feel directly in my ovary my stomach is also bloated as tho I have my period which I don't my last period was about 2 weeks ago and was very unusual it came twice and lasted both for 10 days and it started off with a gushing of a clear fluid it soiled my underwear and pant...i have no tubes I lost both from ectopic pregnancy and I also lost one of my ovaries I'm also 37 could this be menopause a std or ovarian cancer? I'm worried..but I'm so depressed I don't leave me my home and I'm not comfortable with being around people or to have them touch me...should I see a doctor? I'm also homeless I have no money please help
