Hi I’m 28 years old and I haven’t seen my period since September 23, 2017. I have never missed a period and now I have missed 2. A couple of weeks ago I had dark brown discharge on and off then a couple of days ago I bleed for a few hrs in the night and then the bleeding stopped. I have no breast tenderness and no cramps but I usually do as my period is approaching and during my period . I’ve taken 3 pregnancy tests and all are negative. I’ve also had blood work done a month ago,Please help

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I would like to know more about the blood work done. The possible causes in the current scenario are hormone imbalance and undetected pregnancy. I would ask you to see a specialist for proper evaluation. You need a sonogram of the pelvis to know the status of the pelvic organs. If pregnancy is excluded, the cause of the hormone imbalance is checked for and treated. Please maintain a healthy lifestyle. Hope this helps.
