What Causes A Missed Period With Cramping And Acid Reflux Symptoms?

I m 31 years old, 5 3 180 lbs., had an IUD paragard inserted in 2011. I m 31 days late and I ve taken two at home pregnancy test that came out negative. I ve had cramping and acid reflux symptoms, could I pregnant or what is the reason for the missed period. I also checked for the strings and don t seem to feel them. I have an appointment on the 30th, but am worried.

Hi,

You have not mentioned IUD's expiry date. Please mention that. To confirm the pregnancy, get one serum beta hCG blood test which is more accurate than urine pregnancy test.
