What Causes A Missed Period With Mood Swings?

i have been on implanon implant for just over a year. inave been having a period roughly every 8weeks or so. ican tell when im due because i get a funny kind of ache in my lower abdomen on that day.

ive had this ache for nearly two weeks and still no period. im having mood swings and my nipples are very sensitive. im also craving sweet foods all day.

is there a chance i couldbe pregnant?]

please help
