What Causes A Missed Period With Negative Pregnancy Test?

hello doc,ive been using daphne pills and stop it last january but still breastfeeding my baby then recently this month stop breastfeeding..my concern is my monthly period didnt come until now and i did test to know if im pregnant or not 3 times and the result is negative..im a little bit confused why my monthly period didnt come.
