What Causes A Missed Period With Ovary Pains After Intercourse?

Hello, I m 16 and since I turned 15 last year I ve had about 5 periods, earlier on this year my periods started to become more frequent and regular, however in May I had sex for the first time,I used protection but since then I haven t had a period and I have been experiencing some sharp pains near my ovaries and that area, I m a little worried and just want to know what it could be?
