What Causes A Missed Period With Positive Pregnancy Test?

hello doctor i missed my period it is about 2 weeks but my preg test got negative then i had scan and doctor said i have pcod she gave premault n tablet for 2 days but i dint get period i went for doctor my pregtest is postive now i am pregnent do i have pcod is there any problem?
