What Causes A Nasal Drip Now?

Hi , about two month ago i injuryed my lower back, i get tingles in the left soulder blade and part of neck, this comes and goes, the dr said i may have stranded a mussel, im not sure if its related but my nose drips from the right side only when leaning forward, i dont get headaces, but did suffer from constint ear infections as a child through to my teenage years, i had gromits put in when i was 12- my left one didnt full out on its own the dr used somethong like a hook to remove it which was cery painfull , at the time the dr 1st didnt beleive me that it was still in there after two years and when he removed it the pain he said i was just being silly. I have loss part of my hearing in that ear and other doctors snice have said my eardrum is damaged , could this all be related or should i be worried inregards to my nose drips??

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello, thanks for your query, post traumatic back pain, running nose could be due to csf rhinirrohea, related to your gromet, prolonged persistence can cause tympanic membrane perforation , permanent hearing loss. visit an ent surgeon for detailed examination , contrast ct to rule out csf leak, get removed your gromet under anesthesia which is painless. Hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
