What Causes A Nodule On The Tonsil?

Hi, I have hoarseness and feeling spasm in my throat . This symptoms were present for more than one year . I went on a laryngoscopy for two times and it was only inflammation . I took telfast and nasonex and got better but this week all my symptoms are worse and now I have a nodule on my tonsil. Do I have cancer?

Hello welcome to HCM
..it might be simple infection of tonsil, since its responding to treatment . Still depends on age if you are elderly and this tonsilar nodule you are telling is persisting the biopsy of the same will rule out the cancer...
