What Causes A Nose Bleed And A Fever?

Hi, i've bin having a nose bleed for past 2 weeks now, and its only bin coming out of my right nostril. I bin sick for the past 2 weeks as well, a fever i believe. I'm just wondering is their something wrong with me like a flu or anything, because past couple days i havn't had a nosebleed, but today it just started to gush out out of nowhere.

hello,thanks for ur query, nose bleeding can happen normally when u remove dried crusts from nasal cavity forcefully.it is quite common.viral fever like dengue also can cause bleeding due to low platlet count in blood. any way have a visit with an ent surgeon for evaluation of fever and other causes of nasal bleeding, and treatment of pharyngitis(back of throat infection). hope i have answered your query.all d best. take care.
