What Causes A Numb Feeling In The Head?

my husband has had these types of test done already done,1. sonagram of the corrated arteries in the neck, and a cat scan, because his symtoms were: he has a numb feeling in his head like pressure, and followed by dizziness and a headache, all tests came back good. what else could this be?

Hello,

The numbness feeling in the head must be indicative of poor cerebral circulation and oxygen supply causing cerebro vascular changes. He requires an MRI of the brain for final diagnosis and cure accordingly.
