What Causes A Numbness In The Forearm?

Well before I was sitting on my iphone texting.. And I noticed something on the palm of my hand it was like red lines... I didn't really take much notice of it... Then I looked at it again and the line had spread to my pinky and my forearm started to feel uncomfortable and a little bit numb..

Sir it probably relates to the improper angulation of your wrist while texting.
nothing of much concern or seriousness, but follow simple steps at home
* Apply ice over affected part 3-4 times a day.
* Avoid excess computer / texting work.
* Avoid weight lifting.
* Can take analgesic tablets mor and eve after meals if more pain.
* Can consult your family doctor if later required not at present.
