What Causes A Orange Colour Growth At The End Of The Eyelid?

hi i got eyelid reattachment surgery and my eyelid was reattached with dissolvable stitches now my eyelid is back good and healed but there seems too be an orange in color type growth on the end of my eyelid but the thing is it seems too be a stitch, how do i get it removed? will it dissinigrate naturally?

This is only unresolved stitches, It will desolve and go, however you can ge it removed by eye surgeon.
