What Causes A Painful Bruise On The Head Along With Headache?

I am a 64 year old male and have been experiencing headaches for 7 days.A few minutes ago I noticed a 2 inch circular yellow spot on left front of my head similar to a healing bruise. I ve not been hit or bumped my head. When I turn or lift my head it makes the pain worse. Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
