What Causes A Painful Bump On The Buttock?

I have a bump on the upper center of my butt and its so painful ... then a few days after the sides of my buts are painful as well, this is causing me so much pain that i cant barely walk, i dnt know where to go and whom to ask.. so decided to search the net for an immidiate doctor response .. please help me, its been like this for days and it frustrates me.

Hi,

I understand your concern.

The bumps on upper part of middle buttocks could be due to abscess or anal fistula.

It might need surgical assistance and prescription antibiotics.
Proctologist to consult further.

For the moment, I advise to have Sitz bath (hot tube bath) to help relieve pressure.
Take Ibuprofen or ponstan for the pain.
