What Causes A Painful Bump On The Eyelid?

I have a tiny white spot near the inside corner of the eye. You cannot see it unless you pull the eyelid up and look just behind the upper lash line. It is no later than an ant, but hurts every time I blink. I also have a stye on my other eye. Are these connected? I know how to deal with a stye, but I was just wondering if these are linked?

it can be a forgeinbody. eye doctor to remove it.it can connected to sty inthat case epilation is to be done and clean by sterilized gauge and apply neosporine eye ointment.
