What Causes A Painful Bump On The Labia Majora?

Uh I have a huge thing on my vagina and it popped like a pimple and I had a little one just like it pop and next thing I know whatever it is on my vagina starts bleeding bad and I stood up and blood wash dripping from it. It did stop though. But got bigger.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What painful lump you are having in the vaginal area appears to be infected Bartholin cyst.
It needs to be treated by incision and drainage undwr aseptic conditions with intake of antibiotic and analgesics.
In the meantime, you can give a wash with antiseptic solution like Provide-iodine and take analgesic medication Tablet. Ibuprofen after food.
Kindly consult Gynecologist promptly for further evaluation and appropriate management.
