What Causes A Painful Cyst Like Bump Behind Ear?

Hi I have a small bump behind my right ear. Could it be cist? I have an ear infection and have been on antibiotics but nothing is helping and I am in severe pain. When I was in the third grade I had a cist behind my left ear removed. Is this anything to worry about? It keeps getting worse.

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be cyst but this could be lymph node and this may be due to infection and this would be alright once the infection eradicated, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
