What Causes A Painful Hard Lump Near The Ear With Tingling Sensation?

Hello, I have a hard lump in front of my ear, I have been referred to the ear nose and throat doctor as I have had it for about a year and it is painful to touch however recently I m getting dizzy often and the pain on it is getting worse and I m getting a weird tingly feeling around my jaw which is worrying me could you help me out?

I really appreciate your concern, such hard lump could be due to lymph node it may be nonspecific if no other related symptoms are there, other symptoms of dizziness, and tingling sensation may not be due to this, you have not mentioned what the ENT doctor diagnosed, but in my opinion this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day
