What Causes A Painful Hematoma After Removing A Lipoma From Left Hip?

Hi. I have SLE. I had a huge spidery lipoma removed from my left hip. Now I have an elongated grapefruit sized hematoma there. Dog helped. It s very red and extremely painful. Starting last night I keep breaking out in these whole body cold sweats. Any ideas?
