Hello,

A tender lump in your trunk, that is popping out time after time is very likely a dermoid cyst. This is a skin cyst filled with fat material and is generally not dangerous.
You will need to have it examined to confirm it is a dermoid cyst and if so the doctor can easily remove with local anesthesia.

I hope this is helpful and answers to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
