What Causes A Painful Lump Behind The Ankle?

Hi,

I have not had an injury but the backside of my ankle, hurts has a lump and it feels warm to the touch. I am able to walk on it although it does hurt to do so. I would say a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10 being the worst. Its been like this for about 4 days. Should I go to the ER or wait until Monday to see if my doctor can get me in?

resting , intake of tab. ibuprofen 2 times a day will help till you meet
