What Causes A Painful Lump Behind The Ear, Headache And Neck Stiffness?
I am experiencing pain in my right ear. there seems to be a painful lump I am feeling on the outside of the ear located right behind the ear. and when pushed is painful. Hi,
The symptoms point towards local abscess formation. Mostly it seems to be a superficial skin infection. You can be prescribed topical Neosporin like antibiotic cream over the affected part.
A headache can be referred headache due to abscess formation. I suggest you consult otorhinolaryngologist for detailed Otological evaluation.
