What Causes A Painful Lump Behind The Head After Swimming?
Hello mt name is Oscar, last week i went into a pool and it was a very hot day around 95 degrees i stayed in the pool for around 3 hours at the peak heat and sunlight so 2 days later i got a lump or bump behind my head that kind of hurts if i put pressure on it, and it s starting to feel numb around that area and on top of my head where the lump is located. I also had a lymphoma about 5 years ago on my forehead and the feel to mu new lump is about the same.

Since you had lymphoma 5 years ago there is still a possibility of re-occurrence. There is also another possibility of being with other cause.
I think you should do a total blood count and formula.
