What Causes A Painful Lump Below The Clavicle?

Hi, Someone was on top of me and had all their body weight from their palm on my chest right below my left clavicle and now there is a golf ball size lump. I have super sharp pain in my back and it hurts to breathe deep and coughing is almost unbearable. It's been about a week and a half and I need to see if this is dangerous to not see a doctor. It feels like a muscle strain in my back though. even though it was caused in the front from being pressed on way to hard. Any advice?
