What Causes A Painful Lump In My Pelvic Region?

Hi, i have a mass between my vagina and thigh on my right side, its is tender to the touch and actually hurts to have contact with anything. its been getting bigger that past few days and is about the size of a penny there is no puss coming out of it nor anything else on the surface.

it is best if you consult with a doctor for physical examination if it is bothering you. it could be a cyst, a sebaceous or a keratinous type, based from your description. further diagnostics, medical or surgical (if indications are found) management will be directed accordingly.
