What Causes A Painful Lump On The Breast Bone Despite Of Having Costochondritis?

Hi my name is Teri. I have costochondritis but recently have developed a lump on the right side of my breastbone that goes into my right breast, it has tripled in size in the past month and is now causing extreme pain. Could this be some type of issue connected to the costochondritis?
