What Causes A Painful Lump On The Forehead After An Injury?

My daughter whos 23 hit her forehead and the upper middle of her head on the car door. It s a small scratch across forehead, and big knot. She s complaining of major pain there and numbness behind her left eye. Ciuld this br a concussion or bleeding on the brain? Does she needbto seek medical attention?

Yes she need to be alert...if swelling is present den DAT is haematoma...n she have pain and numbness which is not a good sign...
You should go for ct scan..to find out is there any haemorrhage or haematoma
