What Causes A Painful Lump On The Forehead?

I have a lump on the FOREHEAD. aND IT HURTS constantly.I can see settling of blood under the skin.A bit of discoloration where the lump is.But the skin is not broken.This is hematoma. I already know.When I was hit in the head some twenty years ago a blood vessel must have burst from within.Blood leak out of the bool vessel with no where to escape.So it just stays underneath the skin.Is there a way I can get rid of the blood underneath the skin and maybe taking out the damaged blood vessel without beraking the skin.I cant afford to have any more stitches.Aspecially not on my face. Thank you for taking the time to read my message
