What Causes A Painful Lump On The Leg?

hi I get this pain and I feel a lump it hurts I start puching it in when I do extercise and begins to hurt down my legs till I get up and rubing the aira what could it be.?in the lower addomenal I also have this lump on top of my abdominal every time I bend I rub it in so the pain will go away.
