What Causes A Painful Lump Which Is Spreading On The Left Side Of Breast?

Hello I am 19 years of age and have a lump between by breast mostly on the left side it s been there for a year now. I recently got it checked out and the doctor told me it s just a cyst and it won t harm me. Now it s growing it feels like it s spreading and is very painful it s also leaving a foul smell do you have any idea on what it can be ? And how serious it is ?

Hi,
From history it seems that you are having sebaceous cyst and now it became infected,
It requires excision of cyst with complete removal of sac.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
