What Causes A Painful Puss Filled Bump In The Pubic Area?

I have a large painful pimple like bump in the crease of my leg closer to my vagina i thought it was an ingrown hair so I used tweezers to take it out the next morning it came to a head and I popped it it hurts severely but not a lot of puss it seems to be getting bigger what could it be i am worried

Hi,

I think that it could be a superficial boil. I would suggest a course of antibiotics for 5 days, along with analgesics. If there is no regression in size of boil, I think that there will be requirement of pus drainage. Also, I would suggest to apply betadine ointment locally over the area.
