What Causes A Painful Red Bump On The Arm?

My 16 year old daughter has what looks like two ingrown hairs, or pimples on the back of her left hand that are red with a white head to them both. They are radiating pain up her arm and around her hand. We can t seem to see the hair to pull it out and popping it only produces clear liquid and it fills back up again rapidly. It s been two days with antibiotic cream and a bandaid but no change if not more pain and swelling. They are about 3 inches apart, but could they be a spider bite?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the folliculitis but it may be simple boil and it will be best managed with anti-inflammatory drug without steroid and best is Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day, care need to be taken for puss formation but it will be very less likely hope this information helps.
