What Causes A Painful Red Spot Under The Areola Of The Breast?

I have a red spot the size of a quarter on my right breast just under my ariolla and the same thing on the inside of my bottom lip in my mouth. They hurt, especially to the touch. And I believe I have a slight fever. I have body aches and a headache. I was recently traveling within the United States to Texas and my friends were all sick with a fever.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the kind of lesion of breast then it could be some fungal infection and it can not be anything else and in my opinion it is better to apply Miconazole cream on that and no need to worry about this and for the mouth lesion it could be due to some viral infection and fever could be that only and it is nothing to worry too hope this information helps.
