General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since your friend is having such open sores recurrently she should visit ER & get physically examined. She needs to get CBC & blood sugar(R) done.

She may need the inflamed wound to get cleaned or dressed, may be it needs to get drained. She may need some pain killers & antibiotics to help the swelling & pain to subside. She can take Naproxen, one sos when pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
