What Causes A Painful Sore Throat, Intermittent Headaches With Lumps?

Hi, for the past 3 weeks I've had a painful and sore throat. Headaches have come and gone, fatigue to where all I want to do is sleep. I have a nice sized lump on the right side of my throat and a lump along my neck. I don't have insurance so I'm not sure what to do. I'm hoping it isn't anything serious, but it's been 3 weeks already. Help! :-)

Hello.Lumps are surely lymphadenopathy (enlarged lymph nodes) that appear when there is a nearby infection (throat, ear ...).Antibiotics such as Amoxicillin or Cefuroxime are effective to treat throat infections.
Please consult your doctor for a prescription.
I wish you good health.
