What Causes A Painful Spot On The Left Bicep?

In my left bicep ,I have a blue dot ,in that particular area I had a slight pain , to the touch it feels like a bump, I had a message yesterday and she used her elbows to massage my arms and back, it started hurting me an hour after I left and just noticed it today at 7pm,what can this be.

Consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
It can be a hematoma.
If the lesion persist for long, it is better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
An MRI scan may be needed sometime.
