Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain painful spot at the site of anaesthesia can occur due to traumatic injection leading to injury to mucosa and causing ulcer formation..

Muscle knot can occur due to injecting the anaesthesia solution into the muscle causing inflammation and swelling..

Nothing to worry as both the condition will resolve soon..
Do cool compresses over the knot/swelling..
Take a combination of anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxasone..
If the white spot is painful apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine or Choline salicylate like Oralgel..
Take soft diet..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
