What Causes A Painful White Spot On The Hemorrhoid?
I have a hemorrhoid. First time. It has a white circle. I don t know anything about this. It was really swollen 5 days ago but it has gone down. It s soft and hard if that makes any sense. Hurts in one side of it where I wipe. Where the white spot is at.

You could probably have infected piles. For that you need to given anti inflammatory drug and antibiotic course.
It's advisable to take stool softener for piles like cremaffin syrup. If no improvement and if piles since long duration than surgical management needed.
Anal water sitz bath beneficial in your case.
