What Causes A Painless Hard Bump On The Nasal Septum?

I have a hard bump inside the bottom of my right nostril. Its been there for maybe 2 years it doesn t hurt or anything just scares me because I can t find anything on it its not a nasal polyps I don t know what it is it showed up one day and never left

I really appreciate your concern, it could be cyst, but this need to be differentiated if this is not cause any symptoms and not changing then this is nothing to worry, for the safe side at least it need to be clinically examined once because without this nothing can be said for sure, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
