What Causes A Painless Irritation In Throat And Breathing Difficulty?

So I have been experiencing a painless annoying feeling in my throat for over 2 months non stop. It s around the epiglottis and vocal cord. It bothers me all day and sometimes it s hard for me to breathe as well. I do eat greasy foods and soda but I also workout. I ve been to 2 quick care doctors. 1 said I had a cold and should go away in a week but that didn t work. The other one said to remove your wisdom teeth so I did. It s been a week since the removal of all four teeth and nothing has gotten any better

Hi,

Noted your history about painless irritation in throat for over 2 months, around epiglottis and vocal cords, bothers all the day, making difficult breathing sometimes, removal of wisdom teeth did not help.
Well, removal of wisdom teeth has not worked, it is possible that there is in fact a problem near the area that you have mentioned.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult an ENT Surgeon and insist for Endoscopy of the area. This may give a probable diagnosis. An actual clinical examination may find tenderness over hyoid bone or so.
MRI of the affected area helps further.
A proper medication in the form of an anti-inflammatory medicines may be with oral steroid help you the best.
