What Causes A Painless Lump In The Mouth?

Hi dr i am male 26 years of age, regular smoker, i noticed a white painless spot equal to size of rice grain which is painless, no fluid filled, not elevated on the posterior side of hard palate, and the sourrounding area feels rough when touched by tongue,it is since 8 dayz not changed since i noticed it u may take me as a heavy somker

Hi.
Such type of lumps are usually due to foreign body granulomas.
Cancer has to be ruled out by consulting and ENT Surgeon who after a treatment of one week may decide to go for FNAC or excision biopsy.
