What Causes A Painless Lump On Head?

I have a lump on my head that I ve had for a little while now. I don t know when exactly I got it but I first noticed probably around a month or two ago. As far as I know I didn t hit it or anything, and the bump isn t sore or red, just kind of a lump. It doesn t hurt when I touch it and if I didn t feel it when I was rubbing my head I wouldn t know it was there.

I really appreciate your concern, the swelling need to be kept under observation for any changes or if this long last then it may requires some investigation and first would be fine needle aspiration biopsy with imaging study like CT head hope this information helps.
