General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having enlarged inguinal lymph node producing lump in that area.
Nothing to worry if there are not any other signs of having mild infection in surrounding area.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
Ok and take care.
