What Causes A Pea Sized Lump On The Backside Of Neck?

Hi, I have just found a pea sized lump on the back of my neck on the right side that is sort of hard and round.I dont think it is an ingrown hair. It is not painful when touched and I think it is moveable but not sure ir it is just the muscle moving. I have a tendancy to get cysts, such as in my breasts. Could it just be a lipoma?

Yes I think its just a lipoma. I suggest you to consult a surgeon to rule out if its a lymph node or lipoma. He is trained for treatment in such cases.
