the baby is observed to excrete a bilious discharge through is penis and his abdomen is distended. he is 5 and half days old, was born 3kg at term. he was initially vomitting but that stopped two days ago and he started breastfeeding 2 and half days ago. he s ematiated but quite peaceful.
