What Causes A Persistent Lump On The Penis Shaft?

Hi, I am an 18 years old man.last year during erection I discovered something like a small hard little ball that could easily be found during erection and not so easily in normal phase.I was afraid that it could be a form of cancer so I visited a doctor and he said it is thrombosis caused by hard masturbation.now,a year later it is still hard and I think it is not just a ball it has this shape: o-- I mean it has formed a hard line too.also notice that it does not hurt. Is this normal that for 1.5 years I have this issue? Could it be something else and not thrombosis? One more question.after masturbation (1/2-5 hours) at the end of peeing my pee is white and dense like semen. What could it be? Thank you for your time.I hope I will get an answer that will make me less worried about it.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably this is a sign of perimenopause due to hormone changes.
Also the possibility of Fibromyoma exists.
Doing an ultrasound is advisable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
